Refund and Return Policy

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your product to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer support team at support@144hzportablemonitorpro.com with your order number and a detailed reason for the return.
  2. Our customer support team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  4. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer support team.

3. Return Shipping

You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

5. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different model or color, please contact our customer support team at support@144hzportablemonitorpro.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability. You will be responsible for any price differences and return shipping costs.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@144hzportablemonitorpro.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
  • Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Gift cards.
  • Downloadable software products.
