Return Window: We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your monitor to request a return.
Condition for Returns: To be eligible, the monitor must be in the same condition you received it—unworn/unused, with its original 144Hz branding stickers and in the original packaging.
Restocking Fee: Due to the sensitive nature of IPS panels, a 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns that have been opened.
Refund Process: Once we inspect the return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
